Rusutsu-mura: Foreword

Oh, how was the "homestay"? Uh, it wasn't really a "homestay" - it was rather like a "vacation".

Thanks to Mr Nakamura, the organiser, we had coffee with the village chief, lunch and ice-cream and dessert from the education chief, as well as going on a tour around the village and making soba with him.

Now, what else did we do...

Well, there was the primary school lessons which we attended with the kids, the free tickets to the theme park where we took 10 head-spinning rides, the epic climb up the 1308.2m Niseko hill, camping, canoeing... And, oh my god! The paragliding! Woot!
